There are new kids on the block, but they’re taking up residence in a familiar space. The Cajun Place – known for its food, brews, music and sports – has new owners, new management, and a whole new attitude.

Located in the Village at Allen across the parking lot from the Allen Event Center, The Cajun Place invites everyone to come by and experience something different during its “Out with the Old, In with the New” Celebration beginning at 5 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 17.

Guests will enjoy HALF PRICE DINNER ENTREES until 9 p.m., HAPPY HOUR drink prices ‘til 7 p.m.; $2 Wells and $1 Domestic Drafts from 9 to 10 p.m., and GIVEAWAYS all evening long. Live music by the Big Daddy Band keeps the party going from 9 p.m. to 1:30 a.m.

Owners Mike McRae and Gabe Nicolella will be in the house, along with General Manger Ross Haislip, greeting their Allen neighbors and delivering on their promise to provide an elevated dining and entertainment experience. With 41 big screen TVs for non-stop sports action, the introduction of new and improved Cajun-inspired menu options, the return of live music on the weekends, and a renewed partnership with The Allen Americans, The Cajun Place is sure to become your new favorite place.

“We are so excited to be in Allen and have this opportunity to celebrate with the community,” said McRae. “We’re especially proud to support the Allen Americans and thrilled to offer some terrific game day specials. We hope everyone will come out for our special celebration on November 17th. Whether you’re here for dinner, drinks, dancing, or the live band, it’s going to be a great time.”
